- This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking services.
- All fonts are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
- No maps, videos or social media content from third parties are embedded.
- We only process personal data if you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone.
3. Hosting, domain and server log files
Website hosting
This website is operated by Lovable: Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. When you visit the website, technically necessary information transmitted by your browser is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without errors. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Lovable. Where Lovable uses service providers outside the European Union, transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Domain and email
The domain l-me.global and our email account are managed by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. If you send us an email or an enquiry via the contact form, your message is stored there. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL.COM.
Source code management
The source code of this website is managed on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). No personal data of website visitors is transmitted to GitHub in the process.
4. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and subject, and your message) in order to respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) as well as your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
To send the form enquiry to us by email, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes the form data solely in order to deliver it as an email to info@l-me.global. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Resend. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to process it and then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
